I am passionate about the preventive medicine and post-injury rehabilitation. I help people to be healthy through health education and lifestyle changing. As a former professional sportsman I had several injuries and as a startups founder, I’ve spent days and nights at the office which had an effect on my health. I definitely know how injuries and the wrong lifestyle can change your life. I’ve won this battle. That’s why I share my knowledge with people who are in the same situation.
I have a brown belt in Judo, have won more than 20 local competitions and received 3th place in the Moscow Championship. I’ve won more than 40 competitions in Ballroom Dance, finishing 4th place in the Russian National Championship. I’ve been a Ballroom Dance teacher for kids and elderly people.
